PROJECT OVERVIEW
Yem is a Saudi marketplace for event and personal-care services — makeup, hair, photography, catering, venues and more — with one app for customers and one for service providers. MarketsFit Studios designed and built the yem.sa landing page in two versions and two languages, engineered a custom CMS that gives the Yem team full control of every section, and ran product management across the apps: prioritising features, sequencing releases and keeping designers, developers and the business moving together.
CHALLENGE
Yem has to win two very different people at once: providers who want more clients and less chaos, and customers who want to plan an occasion without chasing dozens of accounts. One generic page would convince neither. The team also needed to update copy, sections and the blog in Arabic and English without waiting for developers — while two apps, an admin panel and a website were being built in parallel.
SOLUTION
We split yem.sa into two complete experiences behind one toggle, each with its own story, proof and call to action, fully in Arabic (RTL) and English (LTR). Underneath sits a custom CMS where every page is a stack of blocks the team can add, drag, hide and edit, with a live preview on mobile, tablet and desktop and full version history. On the product side we owned the plan: phased priorities, one shared status tracker and a clear path from test builds to the stores.

Services ready to book
One Site, Two Audiences
Yem has two customers of its own: the makeup artists, photographers, caterers and venues who sell on it, and the families planning an occasion who book them. We gave each one a complete landing page behind a single toggle in the nav — its own hero, story, proof, FAQ and call to action, from “Sign up as a provider” to “Download the app”.

Arabic and English, Natively
Both versions run fully in Arabic (right-to-left) and English (left-to-right). Layouts, numbers, icons and type mirror properly instead of one direction being translated on top of the other.

Built for the Phone First
Most of Yem's audience arrives on mobile from Instagram and TikTok, so every section was designed for the small screen first, with a sticky call to action that is always one thumb away.

A CMS Built Around the Team
Instead of handing over a generic website builder, we engineered a custom CMS shaped around how Yem works — so the team can change every word, image and section of the site themselves, in both languages, without waiting for a developer.

Every Section Is a Block
Each page is a stack of blocks — hero, story, stats, steps, testimonials, FAQ. The team adds new ones with smart create, drags them into order, hides them without deleting, and edits Arabic and English copy side by side.

Live Preview on Every Screen
Every change shows up instantly in a built-in preview that switches between mobile, tablet and desktop, so nothing goes live before the team has seen it on the screen their customers use.

Bilingual, Versioned and Safe
The whole dashboard works in Arabic and English, every page keeps its version history, and changes are published only when the team presses publish.

Blog, Inbox and Settings
Beyond pages, the CMS runs the blog and its categories, the media library, navigation and footer, newsletter subscribers, contact messages, users and site-wide settings — the whole website from one place.

Product Management
Alongside the website, we ran product management for Yem: defining requirements for the customer and provider apps, ranking every feature into release phases, and keeping designers, developers, the business and content teams working from one plan and one shared status tracker.

Live on the Stores
Yem Customer and Yem Provider are live on the App Store and Google Play, with the website and CMS carrying both audiences to the right app.
